History
Our first Chapter of the Mexican American Golf Association was incorporated August 1963 in Fresno, California. Arizona and Texas were chartered as independent State Associations in 1977.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to raise funds for college scholarships by using the proceeds from our monthly golf tournaments and other fund raising efforts.
MAGA Phoenix membership
MAGA Phoenix golf club is an independent golf club open to everyone. We conduct monthly golf tournaments throughout the Phoenix area. Our tournaments are flighted. We are a non-profit organization with a 501 c (3) status to raise money for scholarships and local charities through competitive golf tournaments. Since 2015, we have awarded $128,000!

WVMC has 26 tournaments throughout the year at Palmbrook CC, 9350 W Greenway Rd in Sun City. We play every other Saturday. There are a few team events including a Ryder Cup type format. The Club Championship, which is a two-day tournament is late November to early December and must have 10 individual tournaments to qualify. Membership requirements: Men over the age of 18.

Wigwam Country Club membership offers 3 golf courses and access to Wigwam Facilities including pools, resort and gym. We offer annual or monthly dues. Please see Carmine Nestafar for membership opportunities.
