Your plan includes 5 seats. Invite a player by email from your roster dashboard; while their seat is active they get full Member access on their own account. Remove a player and the seat frees up for someone else.
Yes — each player keeps their own AmateurGolf account, schedule, and watchlist. Your sponsorship unlocks Member features for them; it never gives you their password or private data beyond what they share with the team.
Anytime. Removing a player ends their sponsored access and frees the seat immediately. They keep their account and history; you invite the next player on the same seat.
Roster cards with current ranking snapshots, recent results and news mentions, their upcoming schedule, and per-player tournament recommendations. You can export the roster to CSV for travel planning or compliance paperwork.
Pick a tournament, add an optional note ('good field for you — enter before the 15th'), and it lands on the player's schedule marked as added by you. They get notified and can accept or remove it.
