Parker Paxton wins Silverado Amateur by four at Napa's North Course

Parker Paxton built his margin early and protected it late, posting rounds of 68-68-72 to win the Silverado Amateur by four strokes Tuesday at Silverado Resort's North Course.

The University of Colorado junior from Riverton, Wyoming, finished at 8-under 208, marking his best result in 12 ranked events this season. His previous high was a third-place finish at the WSGA Amateur Championship in June.
