Filippo Ponzano successfully defended his Franco Bevione Trophy National Men's Championship title, completing an impressive comeback to win by one shot at Circolo Golf Torino.
The 22-year-old from Turin finished at 9-under 279 after rounds of 70-75-64-70, edging clubmate Michele Ferrero and Julien Paltrinieri, who both finished at 8-under 280.
