The Douglas Aircraft Company Memorial Golf Club hosts tournaments at a variety of courses throughout Southern California. Tournaments are flighted according to handicap, ensuring fun and friendly competition for players of all skill levels. While most tournaments are an individual low gross/low net format, we occasionally mix things up with a best-ball or scramble format. Some events are two-day tournaments at weekend-getaway locations, such as Palm Springs, San Diego, Las Vegas, and the central coast. The final tournament of the year in September is a 54-hole Club Championship usually held at three different golf courses with a banquet after the final round. Each year, our Club Champion represents our Club at the SCGA Tournament of Club Champions. The club began as the Douglas Aircraft Company Men's Golf Club but eventually merged with the Douglas Aircraft Company Women's Golf Club and was subsequently renamed. Membership in the club is open to anyone interested in joining. Membership fees are only $65 per year.
