This is a club where ALL are welcome—Men, Women, Juniors, and Seniors. We embrace a true “hometown culture” that promotes the fun, camaraderie, and value that golf provides. At our club, everyone appreciates everyone. Our golf course accommodates all levels of play, from beginners to experienced golfers, and we proudly welcome players of ALL skill levels. We host a monthly tournament, typically on the first Sunday of each month, and we also participate in Away Tournaments and Team Play events.

Conveniently located just 13 minutes from downtown Los Angeles and within minutes of Orange County, Los Amigos Golf Course offers an outstanding combination of beautiful amenities and impeccable service in a park-like setting. Since 1966, guests have enjoyed our Billy Bell-designed championship golf course; an expansive, night-lighted driving range; three unique event venues with an array of features for weddings, golf tournaments, business meetings and other special event; and our classic casual diner and comfortable lounge.
We golf every Monday starting from 9am at Los Amigos Golf Course in Downey. Female golfers of all skill levels are welcome. Membership is FREE. We offer fun and competitive weekly games and prizes. Guests are welcome. 30-day free trial is also available.
Centrally located in Downey, Ca., we are a premiere course with 250+ members of all skill levels. Member benefits include club discounts, monthly raffles, script, discounted tee times for Downey residents, and member preferred tee times on the weekends (requires a small annual fee) and a Free Golf Lesson with one of our club pros upon joining our club for 1 year.
The club is dedicated to the enjoyment and spreading the game of golf.
The Southern California Amateur Golf Club is an affiliate member of the SCGA and has been for well over 40 years. We operate as a Travelling Club therefore providing the opportunity to play numerous courses throughout SoCal. Please take the opportunity to link to our annual Events schedule. HERE
Our tournaments are held monthly (on Saturday) with a focus on fun but competitive golf for both male and female golfers of all ability levels. There are also 2-day events scheduled at varying locations ranging from San Diego to Paso Robles. Our current membership is around 30 individuals, but we are always looking to bring on new members. The average member index has been hovering around 14.0. We respect the game and follow the rules of golf, but in a relaxed friendly environment.
We welcome golfers of all ability and skill levels to join our club and play in our monthly tournaments.

We've been an SCGA affiliate member club for over 40 years. Monthly outings all over SoCal on Saturdays. Three two-day events a year as far north as Paso Robles, as far south as San Diego. Generally 16-24 players per outing.
