Auburn, the No. 2 ranked team in the country, won for the sixth time at the 2024 Seahawk Intercollegiate at The Country Club of Landfall, the Pete Dye Course, in Wilmington, N.C.
Auburn finished 11-over and seven shots clear of the field after carding rounds of 300-287-288 to secure the win.
The Tigers set a new program record with the sixth win of the season.
The conditions were difficult in round one, with all the team scores being 300 or higher. The Tigers shot a team round of 300 to take the first-round lead with Davidson. They pulled away from the field with second and third rounds of 288 and 287.
Stetson finished in solo second place at 18-over, seven shots behind Auburn. Davidson finished in solo third place at 23-over, VCU finished in solo fourth place at 26-over, and Campbell finished in solo fifth place at 27-over.
This was the 50th win for Auburn head coach Nick Clinard.
In the individual competition, Erik Johansson of Campbell finished 8-under and shot a final-round 6-under 66 to best Jackson Koivun of Auburn by two shots, who finished in solo second place at 6-under.
This was the first top-ten finish of the season for Johansson, who is currently ranked No. 928 in the Golfweek/AmateurGolf.com World Rankings. Koivun is ranked No. 35.
Dominic Clemons of Stetson finished in solo third place at 4-under, Jimmy Zheng of Duke finished in solo fourth place at 2-under, and Max Sturdza of Florida Atlantic finished in solo fifth place at 1-under to round out the top five.
