Josh Ryan
Josh Ryan, a Lee University graduate from Norristown, PA, conquered one of golf's toughest tests Wednesday, becoming the only player to finish under par as he claimed the 113th Pennsylvania Golf Association Amateur Championship at Oakmont Country Club.
The 1912 Club member carded rounds of 69-74-69 to finish at 1-under 212, three shots clear of Kahkwa Club's Breckin Taylor, who closed with a 72 to finish at 2-over 215. Oakmont Country Club's Carson Kittsley, who shared the lead after each of the first two rounds, settled for third at 3-over 216 after a closing 75.
