Vani Karimanal wins California Women's titles

Vani Karimanal of Pleasanton, Calif., captured the 2026 California Women's Championship, carding rounds of 69-70-71 to finish at 3-under 210 and earn a one-shot victory at Ojai Valley Inn.

Karimanal began the final round tied for the lead alongside Kailey Yoon of Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., and Gabriella Ilardi of Ripon, Calif. She quickly moved in front with birdies on the third and fifth holes, reaching 2-under through her opening 11 holes. Despite four bogeys over her closing seven holes, timely birdies at the 13th and 15th helped her maintain a slim advantage down the stretch.
