Bill Hermanson
Bill Hermanson captured his second Connecticut Super Senior Championship, emerging from a three-way playoff Monday at Longshore Golf Course in Westport.
The 69-year-old from Black Hall Club finished regulation at even-par 69, tied with Rick Malafronte and former champion Frank Geiger, before prevailing in the playoff. Hermanson previously won the championship in 2024, also with an even-par 69, at Wampanoag Country Club.
