Ethan Evans helped lead Duke to the clean sweep at the 2024 Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate at The Golf Club of Georgia, the Creekside Course, in Alpharetta, Ga.
Evans carded rounds of 67-69-71 to finish 9-under and win by one shot over the field.
The Duke standout finished in the final 32 of the 2024 U.S. Amateur and held the halfway lead at the 2024 Southern Amateur, ultimately finishing T24. He also finished T7 at the most recently played Rod Myers Intercollegiate.
Evans is currently ranked No. 59 in the Golfweek/AmateurGolf.com World Rankings.
Bryan Lee of Virginia, first-round leader Caden Baker of Charlotte, and Josh Duangmanee of Virginia all finished T2 at 8-under and one shot behind Evans.
Wells Williams of Vanderbilt, Omar Morales of UCLA, Kelly Chinn of Duke, and Mahanth Chirravuri of Pepperdine finished T5 at 7-under.
In the team competition, Duke used a monster final round of 17-under 271 to erase a five-shot deficit to UCLA entering the final 18 holes. Duke finished 28-under with rounds of 283-282-271, and UCLA finished three shots back at 25-under with consistent rounds of 280-280-279 and finishing in solo second place.
Virginia finished in solo third place 19-under, Charlotte finished in solo fourth place at 13-under, and USC finished in solo fifth place at 4-under to round out the top five.
