Cameron Tankersley started strong and stayed consistent to win the 2024 Patriot All-America Invitational at The Wigwam Gold Course in Litchfield Park, Ariz.
The Ole Miss junior and Tennessee native carded rounds of 65-66-69 to get to 10-under and win by three shots. This is his tenth top-ten finish and fifth top-five finish of the year. He is ranked No. 46 in the Golfweek/AmateurGolf.com World Rankings.
Tankersley joins solid company, as Ian Gilligan of Florida won the event last season. He went on to win the 2024 Western Amateur and secure a top-20 finish on the PGA Tour at the Shriners Open.
Tankersley made the All-Freshman team in the SEC in 2022-23.
