Collin Bond of Norman, a redshirt sophomore at Oklahoma State University, captured the 114th Oklahoma State Amateur Championship on Thursday, defeating Benjamin Stoller of Owasso, a recent Kansas State graduate, 4 & 2, in the 36-hole championship match at Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club.
Bond completed a dominant week by advancing through the 18-hole stroke-play qualifier before winning five consecutive match-play matches to claim Oklahoma's most prestigious amateur title.
