The Boilermakers shot 38-under, while East Tennessee State finished at 34-under. Indiana finished in third place at 29-under, South Florida finished in fourth place at 27-under, and North Florida finished in fifth place at 23-under.
The Boilermakers tallied a 54-hole total of 38-under par 814, setting the school record for best 54-hole score by four strokes. In relation to par, the 38-under-par score is second in school history.
Purdue's 268, 269, and 277 rounds are tied for the second, fourth- and 19th-lowest rounds in school history.
The 814 was a new Windon Memorial Classic record, smashing the previous record of 830 set by Purdue in the fall of 2015.
Sekne's win was his fourth career individual title, which is a new school record.
Herman Sekne's 197 is a school record by three shots, becoming the first Boilermaker to break the 200 barrier in an event. In relation to par, his 16-under par is also a school record. It also smashed a Windon Memorial Classic individual record by eight shots.
Drew Salyers and Cole Starnes of Indiana finished in second and third place after shooting 12-under and 11-under, respectively.
Mats Ege of East Tennessee State, Matty Dodd-Berry of East Tennessee State, and Ethan Tseng of Northwestern finished T4 at 10-under.
