The Landfall Tradition: Top ranked amateur Lottie Woad of FSU earns co-champion

The Florida State standout shared the individual title with Lauren Olivares while the Seminoles won the team title

Lottie Woad of Florida State, the No. 1 ranked amateur in the Golfweek/AmateurGolf.com Women's Rankings, earned co-champion honors in the individual portion of 2024 Landfall Tradition at The Country Club of Landfall, the Pete Dye Course, in Wilmington, N.C.

Woad finished T1 with Lauren Olivares of NC State at 6-under. Woad carded rounds of 65-72-73, and Olivares came from behind to tie Woad with rounds of 69-70-71.

Sophia Burnett of South Carolina finished in solo third place at 4-under, and Megan Streicher of North Carolina finished in solo fourth place at 3-under. Four golfers finished T5 at 2-under, and four golfers finished T9 at 1-under.

Woad led Florida State to the team win, as the Seminoles won by a narrow margin over ACC rival Duke.

Florida State finished 2-under with rounds of 279-288-295, while Duke finished in solo second place at 1-under with rounds of 279-283-301. Duke entered the final round with a five-shot lead.

North Carolina finished in solo third place at 1-over, and Ole Miss finished in solo fourth place at 2-over. UCF finished in solo fifth place at 4-over.
