Texas Tech senior Adam Bresnu earned more than his first Division I individual victory at the Ben Hogan Collegiate Invitational. His one-shot win at Colonial Country Club also secured an exemption into the 2027 PGA Tour Charles Schwab Challenge, played at the same venue.
Bresnu was under par in all three rounds, posting scores of 69-67-67 to finish at 7-under 203. After sharing the 36-hole lead, he closed with a second consecutive 67 to edge Georgia's JD Culbreth by one.
