The Sahalee Players Championship returns to Sahalee Country Club in Sammamish, Wash., on Sept. 12-13, with Arizona State chasing a third consecutive team title at one of college golf's toughest early-season tests.
The championship carries a history that stretches well beyond its current collegiate format. First played in 1992, the Sahalee Players Championship was an elite individual amateur tournament that attracted some of the best young players in the game. It continued in that format through 2019 before returning in 2023 as a 54-hole men's college event.
