Wyatt defeats Bobby Massa in the final, while Bob Royak takes Senior honors in historic Crump Cup at Pine Valley.
Pine Valley, NJ – September 28, 2025. Bobby Wyatt of Atlanta captured the 100th George Arthur Crump Memorial Tournament at Pine Valley Golf Club, defeating Bobby Massa of Dallas in Sunday’s Championship Flight final. Wyatt advanced with a morning semi-final victory over defending champion Andrew Price of Lake Bluff, IL, while Massa defeated Chadd Slutzky of Deer Park, IL to reach the title match.
In the Senior Division, Bob Royak of Alpharetta, GA claimed the crown, outlasting Robert F. Gerwin II of Cincinnati in the final. Royak earned his place in the championship with a semi-final win over Michael McCoy of Norwalk, IA.
The 2025 edition marked the centennial playing of the prestigious Crump Cup at Pine Valley, considered one of the most exclusive and storied events in mid-amateur golf.
