World University Golf Championship

Held every other year, this is a 72-hole stroke play championship with team and individual competitions. All players nominated to teams by their national federations must be amateur golfers in accordance with the Rules of Amateur Status of the R&A and the United States Golf Association and have a handicap of nine or less when entering the World University Championship.
