The Singapore Open Amateur Championship is a prestigious 72-hole stroke-play event hosted by the Singapore Golf Association. First played in 1948, the championship has grown into one of the region’s key amateur proving grounds, attracting top male and female players from across Asia and beyond. As a World Amateur Golf Ranking counting event, it also offers a major pathway opportunity, with the champion earning an invitation to compete in the professional Singapore Open.
