Members get complete historical leaderboards for every year of Bell National Series - Cape Fear Girls Classic on record — scores, positions, and hometowns going back decades.
The Cape Fear Girls Classic is a winter-season event on the Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour (PKBGT), featuring competition in the Bell National and Prep Preview divisions. The 36-hole tournament attracts a strong regional field and provides players with an early-season opportunity to compete in a structured, nationally recognized junior girls event.
As a Priority Based Entry event for the Bell National division, the tournament offers valuable PKBGT Performance Index points, Order of Merit multipliers, and national ranking opportunities. Division champions earn invitations to the PKBGT National Tournament of Champions, while the Bell National winner also qualifies for the Spring Bell Invitational.
The Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour (PKBGT), an initiative of the non-profit Girls Golf of America, is the nation’s only LPGA Foundation Approved girls-only tour. The tour emphasizes long-term player development through a structured Progression Pathway that allows competitors to advance through yardage-based divisions rather than age-based groupings. With more than 110 events held annually across national and regional circuits, the PKBGT provides affordable, high-quality competitive opportunities for girls ages 9–19 and has helped more than 1,400 alumnae advance to collegiate golf and beyond.
