Members get complete historical leaderboards for every year of Bell National Series - Grand Strand Girls Classic on record — scores, positions, and hometowns going back decades.
The Grand Strand Girls Classic at Long Bay Golf Club in Longs, South Carolina, brings the Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour (PKBGT) back to the Myrtle Beach area for a two-day showcase of regional and national talent. Featuring the Bell National, Prep Preview, and Futures National divisions, the event offers early-season momentum and ranking opportunities on one of the Grand Strand’s most distinctive layouts.
Designed by Jack Nicklaus, Long Bay challenges players with strategic bunkering and sculpted greens, rewarding smart course management over pure power. Champions in each division earn invitations to the PKBGT National Tournament of Champions, while the Bell National winner also qualifies for the Spring Bell Invitational. It’s a key stop in the PKBGT’s winter stretch, blending competitive fields, strong player development opportunities, and a classic Carolina golf setting.
The Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour (PKBGT), an initiative of the non-profit Girls Golf of America, is the nation’s only LPGA Foundation Approved girls-only tour. Dedicated to growing participation and opportunity in junior girls golf, the PKBGT provides a structured Progression Pathway that allows players to develop at their own pace through yardage-based divisions rather than age-based groupings. The tour hosts more than 110 events annually across national and regional circuits, offering affordable, high-quality competition for girls ages 9–19. With over 1,400 alumnae advancing to collegiate programs and many competing on the LPGA and Epson Tours, the PKBGT continues to set the standard for player development, exposure, and community in junior girls golf.
