WOODRIDGE, IL (June 26, 2016) -- A year after finishing one shot out of a playoff at the Zigfield Troy Open Kelly Grassel won the title in a playoff. Grassel finished 1-under and tied with Kevin Flack after 36-holes meaning that a playoff was needed. It took two holes but Grassel, a senior at Florida, was finally able to claim the Zigfield Troy Open. Raymond Knoll and Bill White both finished tied for third at even-par and one-stroke out of the playoff. ABOUT THE ZIGFIELD TROY OPEN “Bombers” need not apply.
