Net scoring runs at 80% of course handicap. Play is from the white tees, with green tees available for players 65 and up.

Three notes on that table.
Two of the five are already gone. The inaugural Pinehurst championship — Titleist as presenting sponsor, field capped at 100 players — sold through. So did Bandon Dunes, which is where this whole thing started twenty years ago and which fills faster every year. Both have waitlists, and waitlists at these events do move. But they are waitlists.
That leaves three open, and one of them has a clock on it: Torrey Pines closes entries on September 18. If San Diego in December with a partner sounds like the correct way to end your year, that decision has a deadline attached to it, and the deadline is days out.
