WICHITA, Kan. (June 15, 2014) -- Steve Newman shot rounds of 71-66 to win easily at the 2014 Wichita City Golf Championship at Sim Park Golf Course.
Newman carded a first-round 71 to take the lead but blew away the field with a red-hot 66 in the final round.
It all added up to a six-shot victory for Newman.
Ray Brundige took second place, shooting 74-69 while Mike Shepard shot 77-68 to take solo third place.
