SEATTLE, Wash. (July 21, 2013) -- James Hall shot rounds of 69-69-138 to win by three shots at the 2013 West Seattle Amateur Championship. Jordan Burnes (72-69--141) was alone in second while Spencer Weiss took third after rounds of 70-72--142.
