U.S. Senior Challenge: Weston goes wire-to-wire

Weston shot a final-round 72 to add on to his 69-70 start and win by an impressive eight shots

LECANTO, Fla. (June 5, 2014) -- Mark Weston completed his wire-to-wire victory at the 2014 U.S. Senior Challenge at Black Diamond Ranch. Playing the Quarry Course, Weston shot a final-round 72 to add on to his 69-70 start and win by an impressive eight shots. John Hull (75-71-73) finished tied with Bev Hargraves (72-71-76) for second place. David Waugh and Happy Rakestraw finished tied for fifth place, 10 shots back of Weston's torrid pace. In the Super Senior Division, Fred Siliver topped Ed Craig and Gary Engle in a playoff after shooting rounds of 77-72-73. James Love shot 74-78-78 to win the Legends Division.
