LAKE SUZY, Fla. (January 15, 2019) - Pat Thompson (Asheville, N.C.) shot a final-round 70 to erase a four-shot deficit and win the Kingsway Senior Invitational at Kingsway Country Club. Rokki Rogan (Fort Myers, Fla.) shot the low round of the day, a 69, to round out the top five. The defending champion Steve Humphrey (Lexington, Ky.) finished 18th. SUPER SENIOR DIVISION Paul Schlachter overcame an opening 77 with rounds of 69-67 to win by two shots over John Armstrong, who closed with a 68. Bill Everett, Bill Zylstra and Ian Harris finished thrid through fifth. LEGENDS DIVISION John Cuomo rode an opening-round 68 to a three-shot win over John Blank. Berger Warner was third, seven shots back. SUPER LEGENDS DIVISION Charlie Busbee shot a final-round 70 to come from three shots back and overtake Walt Martin by one shot.
