STOCKTON, Calif. — Former TCU golfer Stephen Griggs of Carmichael won by three shots at the Stockton City Amateur Championship, shooting a 36-hole total of 141 at Van Buskirk and Swenson Park golf courses.
Recent Manteca City Championship winner Patrick Burda of Modesto took second place, while defending champion Danny Garcia and Matt Anderson tied for third at 146.
