Steinberg won the senior division with a 5-under score of 209, which was good for a one-stroke victory over 2020 champion Dan Sullivan, while the defending champ Steve McPherson finished three back at 2 under par.
The Agoura Hills, Calif. native made the turn at 1-under and after making three pars to open his back nine, left the door ajar a bit with bogeys on 13 and 14. However, he righted the ship with a birdie on 16 which provided him enough of a cushion to withstand a bogey on the last for a final round of 73.
Sullivan made a strong back nine charge with birdies on hole Nos. 10, 11 16 and 18 for a final round of 70, only to fall one short at 4-under 210. Worley, who started the day with a one-stroke lead over Gary Albrecht, claimed the super senior with little room to spare as both golfers matched rounds of 73s over the final 18 holes.
It's the second win in as many months for Worley, who captured the Southern California Super Senior Championship at the Ranch Course at The Alisal in September, defeating Craig Calkins on the first hole of a sudden-death playoff.
