Rocky Sperka wins Wisconsin Senior Amateur

Rocky Sperka of New Berlin followed consecutive rounds of 72 to capture the Senior division, finishing at 2-over 144 and winning by two shots.

Sperka began the final round one shot behind first-round leader Joe Mertens of Wausau, but his steady closing 72 proved enough as Mertens slipped to a 77 and finished fourth at 6-over 148.
