A reinstated amateur, Ehrhart's most notable accomplishments since she became an amateur include two semifinal finishes, in the 2016 U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur and the 2017 U.S. Senior Women’s Amateur.
Three-time U.S. Senior Women's Amateur champion Lara Tennant is also on to the weekend after rounds of 75-76 left the Portland, Ore. native tied for 21st.
Other amateurs who will join Ehrhart and Tennant over the weekend include 2017 U.S. Senior Women's Amateur champion Judith Kyrinis (t-29th; 153), seven-time USGA champion Ellen Port (t-34th; 155), Lisa McGill (t-40th; 156) and current U.S. Senior Women's Amateur champion Shelly Stouffer (t-46th; 158), who came in on the cutline at 12-over.
Helen Alfredsson, the 2019 champion, is leading the way at 6-under-par 140, followed by Leta Lindley, who is one stroke back at 141 and defending champion Annika Sorenstam, in solo third place at 143.
