Matilda Samervong claims Lady Clerico title with steady play at Hillcrest

Matilda Samervong of Lamar secured her first collegiate individual title with a two-shot victory at The Lady Clerico at Hillcrest Country Club in Bartlesville, OK.

Samervong finished at 217 (71-73-73), holding off Oral Roberts’ Anna Swan after three rounds. The victory made her the first Lamar women's golfer to claim an individual tournament title since Alessia Trebbi Tindall won the Cardinal Challenge in 2023.
