Ryan Sloane Wins Third Straight California State Fair Masters

Ryan Sloane birdied two out of his first three holes en route to a third straight Masters Title

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (September 5th, 2016) -- Two-time defending Masters champion Ryan Sloane of San Jose, Calif. added a third straight title to his repertoire Monday. The San Jose native entered the final round leading by five shots and birdied two out of his first three holes. He would play the next 15 holes in even par which was enough to hold off runner-ups Chris Johnson and Robert Hamilton. Sloane, Hamilton, and 5th place finisher Mike Moreland will tee it up next weekend in the U.S. Mid-Am in Elverton Pennsylvania. -Sacramento Golf Council contributed to this story
