Rob Adolph wins Fresno City Senior by two

FRESNO, Calif. — Rob Adolph rebounded from an opening-round 77 to win the Fresno City Senior Amateur by two shots thanks to his one-under par 71 on Sunday. Adolph trailed first-round leader Joe Beato by four after Saturday, but went on to shoot the best score of the tournament by two shots and secure the win. Beato tied for second place alongside Doug Williams, who carded back-to-back 75s. Mike Watney (78-73) grabbed fourth place at 151 while Ron Collet (77-75) placed fifth at 152. In the Masters Division, Tal Tartaglia of Reedley ran away with a eight-stroke win, using rounds of 70 and 71 to beat Matt Fagundes.
