AURORA, Ore. (April 28, 2013) -- Bill Winter fired rounds of 69-68 and won by three shots at the 2013 Oregon Golf Association Tournament of Champions at Langdon Farms Golf Club.
Winter prevailed by three over Ty Chambers, who shot consecutive rounds of 70.
David Jacobsen was third at 75-68--143.
