New Hampshire Senior Amateur: Phil Pleat wins ninth title by four shots

The New Hampshire Golf Hall of Famer followed an opening 1-over 71 with a 2-over 72 to finish the 36-hole championship at 3-over 143, four shots clear of Rick Coons and Craig Steckowych.

Philip Pleat began the final round with a one-shot advantage and quickly created separation. He birdied the opening hole and picked up another shot at the par-3 fourth before adding a birdie at the ninth to turn in 2-under 34.
