SANTA BARBARA, CA (May 29, 2017) - On Sunday at the Santa Barbara City Amateur Mitchell Martin ran away with the title on the final day at Santa Barbara Golf Club.
1-under when the final round began, Martin exploded on the final day with a 6-under 64 to post 7-under and a five-stroke margin of victory.
Martin ended up finishing comfortably in front of Jake Ledbetter and Sam Metzger, both of whom shared second at 2-under, Brian Helton was fourth at 1-under while Nathan Clark, Preston Smith, Sage M Casaga and Tyler Ley shared fifth at even-par.
