Marta Muñoz closed out Adriana Garcia Terol 3&2 on Saturday at Craigielaw Golf Club to win the Girls' British Amateur Championship, capping a week that saw two Spaniards reach the final for the first time in the event's history dating to 1919.
Muñoz, who will join the University of Arizona golf program in September, earned the prestigious Challenge Cup and a suite of exemptions including spots in Final Qualifying for the 2027 AIG Women's Open, the 2027 Women's Amateur, the US Girls' Junior Amateur, and by tradition an invitation to the Augusta National Women's Amateur.
