Parmer also had a 66 in the second round and was well-positioned, in third place two shots behind Peake.
Steve Humphrey (Lexington, KY), who has had a good start to the season with a win at the Kingsway Senior and a T4 at the Gateway Senior, shot 71-69 and was in fourth, three shots back.
Scoring was higher in the final round, as only Brian Brown (Inverness, FL) was able to break 70, closing with a 69 to finish the tournament in sixth place.
