LAUNCH DAY: ALL-NEW Titleist GTS Fairway Metals

Titleist expands GTS lineup with new GTS2 and GTS3 fairway metals

Equipment Launch

Built for the top end of the bag, the new Titleist GTS fairway metals pair higher flight, lower spin and more forgiveness with two distinct profiles for players who attack fairway woods in different ways.

What Titleist is saying

Titleist is positioning the new GTS fairway metals as a more versatile, more forgiving and more customizable option for players looking to optimize the top end of the bag. Both models feature wraparound composite crowns, forged L-Cup face technology, flatter sole designs and new adjustable heel-toe weighting.

Higher flight

Lower and deeper CG positions are designed to help launch the ball higher while keeping spin under control.

More forgiveness

More crown-wrap composite material frees discretionary weight that can be moved lower and deeper in the head.

Better fit options

Interchangeable heel-toe flat weights allow fitters to fine-tune CG location and shot-shape bias.

Key GTS fairway technology

Wraparound composite crowns

More composite material wraps around the sides of the clubhead, saving weight and helping move mass lower and deeper for higher launch, lower spin and added forgiveness.

Refined shapes and profiles

GTS2 offers a shallower face and larger address profile, while GTS3 has a deeper face and more compact footprint. Both models use flatter sole designs to help the leading edge sit more flush to the turf.

Dual-weighting systems

Both models use interchangeable heel-toe flat weights. Standard builds place an 11-gram weight in the heel and a 5-gram weight in the toe; the weights can be flipped to shift CG toward the toe and promote more fade bias.

Forged L-Cup face design

The forged L-Cup face uses a high-strength stainless steel insert that wraps around the bottom of the face to help preserve ball speed and launch conditions on low-face strikes.

Tour-inspired polished face

A polished silver clubface is designed to help players see more loft at address, with Titleist citing tour feedback that the look can influence delivery and strike quality.

Top-end versatility

The two-model setup gives players a clearer choice between a shallower, larger fairway profile and a deeper, more compact fairway profile.

Titleist GTS2 Fairway: higher-launching versatility in a larger profile

New Titleist GTS drivers

GTS2 is designed for players with more sweeping deliveries with their fairway metals. The model features a shallower face and larger profile than GTS3, with Titleist noting that the new face height was influenced by tour feedback and made shallower than the previous GT2 fairway.

Titleist GTS3 Fairway: compact control for players who hit down on it

New Titleist GTS drivers

GTS3 is designed for players who deliver fairway metals with more of a descending strike. It has a deeper face and more compact profile than GTS2, and the model now includes a 21-degree option to give players another Titleist 7-wood profile.

Performance story

The central performance theme of the GTS fairway line is launch without excess spin. Titleist’s wraparound composite crown frees discretionary weight, allowing engineers to push CG lower and deeper. That lower/deeper CG setup is intended to create higher flight, lower spin and more stability, while the forged L-Cup face is aimed at protecting speed and launch on the low-face strikes that commonly happen when fairway woods are hit from the turf.

Availability

Titleist says the new GTS2 and GTS3 fairway metals are now available for fittings and pre-sale.
