SACRAMENTO, Calif. (July 12, 2012) -- Amateurgolf.com member, Jim Knoll, posted a pair of 69's for a 6-under, 138 total to claim the Sacramento City Senior title at Bing Maloney Golf Course. Peter Moren, Blackhawk Golf Club, was a distant second with scores of 73-70--143.
Ron Wiley, San Francisco Golf Club, posted a red hot 1-under, 71 to open the Super Senior Flight, then narrowly escaped with victory after a second round 77. Bolb Olds, Roddy Ranch, and Gene Ackerman, Valley Hi, tied for second with 5-over, 149's for the two-day event.
