Kevin Wolf posts 69 at Timuquana Cup for first-round lead

Lodi, Calif. resident Kevin Wolf was the only player to break 70 at Timuquana Country Club and owns a one-shot advantage

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Three players are under par through the first round of the Timuquana Cup, with Lodi, Calif. native Kevin Wolf leading early with 69. Billy Mitchell is in second place after shooting 70 while Will Sprague rounds out the under-par players with 71. Behind the three are six players tied for fourth place at even-par 72 and three more at 73. The Timuquana Cup prides itself in its small, intricate field and is built for a "celebration of amateur golf." This 54-hole tournament will conclude Sunday.
