OCEANSIDE, Calif. (Aug. 11, 2013) -- Joe Ryon shot two straight rounds of 69 to claim the overall championship at the 2013 Oceanside City Amateur held at Oceanside Golf Course.
Ryon was four shots better than runner-up Brad Larsen.
Jose Pelayo and Allan Jun were tied for third, five back of the winner.
Other flight winners included Rich Demanteis, Joe Gerlach, Jim George and Ike Higgins.
