Jenkins-McNulty capture Rain-Shortened Arkansas Four-Ball

The rains came on Sunday and wiped out the final round of the Arkansas Four-Ball at Hot Springs Country Club

HOT SPRINGS, AR (April 2, 2017) -- When the rains came on Sunday the final round of the Arkansas Four-Ball at Hot Springs Country Club was wiped out. As a result, first round leaders Chris Jenkins and Wes McNulty were crowned as the champions. The pairing opened with a 7-under 65 on Saturday and when play was called they were able to make that score standup for a one shot win. Part of the winning duo, Wes McNulty has made some noise on the national level reaching match play at the 2015 U.S. Mid-Amateur and placing sixth at the 2007 U.S. Men's State Team. McNulty has also won four Arkansas Match Play titles. Casey Yates and Kerry Lott; Corey Bartlett and Patrick Lee shared second at 6-under while four others shared fourth at 5-under.
