Brian Gaffney needed five extra holes to complete a successful title defense at the Lexus MGA Senior Open Championship, defeating Paul Dickinson after a tense finish at White Beeches Golf & Country Club.

Gaffney and Dickinson completed 36 holes tied at 6-under 138, with Gaffney posting rounds of 70-68 and Dickinson going 69-69.
