MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA (July 24, 2015) -- With a final round 69 Daniel Semmler won the Mountain View City Amateur by two-strokes at Shoreline Golf Links. Noah Sheikh finished in second place after struggling on Sunday with a 76.
Semmler, a San Jose State standout, combined his final round 69 with a first round 74 to total 143 during the 36-hole event.
Sheikh began the final day with the lead thanks to a first round 69 before when tallied with his second round score finishing at 145.
Gary Leung, Emerson Chambers and Ryan Cuenca all tied for third.
