Duke Delcher leads at Ralph Bogart Tournament

Duke Delcher of Bluffton, S.C. posted 71 at the Fazio Old Trail course at Jonathan's Landing to lead by one through the first 18 holes

JUPITER, Fla. (Dec. 8, 2014) — Playing in the last Society of Seniors event of the calendar year, Duke Delcher of Bluffton, S.C. posted a 71 at the Fazio Old Trail course at Jonathan's Landing to lead the Ralph Bogart Tournament after day one. Murphy Mitchell of Scottsdale, Ariz. is alone in second place with 72 while four players, including Doug Pool and Ron Carter, are tied for third at 73. Steven Hakes and Tim Hultquist also carded 73's and are only two back with 36 holes still to play. Defending champion Bob Stephens shot 77 and is tied for 23rd. In the Super Senior division, Jim Smith of North Palm Beach leads by two after his two-under par round of 70.
