FAIRFAX, Calif. (May 25, 2010) -- Lynne Cowan of Davis won the 62nd annual Women's Golf Association of Northern California Champion of Champions for the third consecutive and tenth time. Cowan, a member of El Macero Country Club, shot rounds of 81 and 73 on the difficult par 73 Alister MacKenzie designed Meadow Club in Fairfax, Calif. Cowan beat her closest competitor by six strokes. Pat Cornett who plays out of the Olympic Club was second with a two day total 161. Eva Monisteri of Half Moon Bay and Teri Gangi-Helder of La Rinconda tied for third with 164.
