Coomer Cup: Team KPGA defeats amateurs to end title drought

Team KPGA ended its wait for the Coomer Cup with an 80-70 victory over Team KGA at The Club at Olde Stone, reclaiming the trophy for the first time since 2015.

Captained by Charles Whelan, the professionals won the fifth edition after an unbeaten four-ball session provided most of their eventual winning margin. Phil Armbruster’s amateur side earned two ties but could not prevent Team KPGA from ending its drought.
